I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, but I paid a slightly higher rate than expected. The service, especially from Mr Salah, was top-notch with a clean and friendly environment. The location was ideal for our visit, close to Dragon Mart, although its proximity to the city center was limited. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of selections, but there were some issues with refunds and breakfast arrangements.
I had a comfortable stay in a good and clean room without breakfast. The hotel is nice and stylish, but the premier inn may not be worth the cost. The service was excellent, especially Bhuvan from housekeeping, who was very cooperative. The location near Dragon Mart was convenient for my needs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a persistent smoke smell, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The service, however, was excellent with friendly and prompt staff. The location was convenient, especially for shopping at Dragon Mart, but the bed linens had oil marks and the towel quality was subpar. The dining was ordinary, but the prices were reasonable. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay was very pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided a warm and seamless check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient for my conference at Academic City and offered easy access to Dragon Mart. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited choices, and the proximity to Dragonmart closing early was a slight inconvenience.
